Speedbor bits use a tapered tri-flute design for faster chip ejection and less binding while cutting and providing an extended drilling life in wood. This 1-inch x 6-inch woodboring bit features three cutting spurs that drill faster than ordinary twist bits and help produce cleaner holes with less breakout while a full screw point tip allows easy boring with its aggressive self-feed capability. The quick-change shank allows you to easily change bits between all 1/4-inch quick-change chucks, including impact drills, or provide an extra-strong bit grip when used in a standard chuck.
